Arguments against using fully justified text. 

• Use headings to break up content and improve readability
• Headings should be accurate and informative
• Headings should convey a clear and accurate structural outline of the content of a webpage
• Headings should not skip hierarchical levels.

• Links must have some text associated to them
• if you are making an image a link, ensure the image has useful alt text. 
• Link text should be descriptive
• Links should make sense out of context and out of sequential order. 

Alternative text is essential for conveying non-text information. You should describe the purpose of the images in as few words as possible.

To meet WCAG criteria 1.4.4 Resize Text users must be able to resize the text up to 200% without lose of content or functionality.

Perhaps most fundamentally, content should be understandable by the people who are trying to read it.

Using visual emphasis appropriately is helpful in conveying meaning, but assistive technology doesn't always read out formatting, so if the emphasis is critical to understand the text — then you'll need to find another way to  communicate emphasis.

• Do use the blockquote element for long quotations.
• Do not use the blockquote element to apply visual styling alone
• For inline quotations, quotations marks are sufficient.
